RentRisk is a consumer reporting agency which processes credit and background screening reports on behalf of other persons or entities for tenant rental purposes.


If you already have a copy of your RentRisk report and believe there is incomplete or inaccurate information, you have the right to dispute that information and provide supporting documentation for our investigation.


For your convenience, please complete and e-sign this online form. Submitting clear and complete documentation including a government photo ID helps ensure a thorough and expeditated re-investigation. If you have a court document signed by a judge that the case has been satisfied, dismissed, sealed, expunged, etc., uploading that document will help expedite.

If you suspect that you may be the victim of fraud or are looking for a copy of your credit report, you should contact all 3 credit bureaus. The three bureaus can all be accessed from www.annualcreditreport.com or (877)322-8228. Individual bureau information is below:

RentRisk will notify you of the results by your specified method. Although federal law allows 30 days for the completion of a re-investigation, we understand how important a timely response is for you. We will make every effort to expedite your request.
